About Dr. Rachel Nisbet

Dr. Nisbet has lived most of her life in the greater Atlanta area and is a graduate of Emory University’s School of Medicine, magna cum laude, class of 2002. She completed both her Internal Medicine Residency and her Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Emory. Upon completion of her fellowship in 2008, Dr. Nisbet began her career in private practice in Gwinnett County.

Her current professional interests involve the management of COPD, asthma and pulmonary hypertension.
Since 2011, Dr. Nisbet has also been actively involved in conducting clinical trials in pulmonary diseases with over twenty-five studies to her credit as principal investigator.
