Pulmonary Hypertension

Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a disease that causes the arteries in the lungs to have increased pressure which causes shortness of breath and low oxygen in the blood. This overtime can lead to right-sided heart failure. This rare disease, when left untreated, will have devastating consequences, include premature death. To manage pulmonary arterial hypertension requires expert knowledge of the disease process and the evolving advanced therapies that are available.
